Trivia:

There are several pictures of real life cannibals on the Wolf's refrigerator that can be briefly glimpsed in the cooking sequence such as Jeffrey Dahmer, Albert Fish and Issei Sagawa. Sagawa, in particular, a Japanese man who cannibalized a Dutch classmate named Renée Hartevelt while studying abroad in Paris, was an inspiration for The Wolf as a character. There was a line deleted from the final version where Red remarks "I hear you'll cook and eat me like Issei Sagawa".
